Adams Row is a loft-style condominium development jointly developed by Adams Investment Group and PN Hoffman in 2005. Georgetown-based architect, Hickok Cole, designed open and contemporary loft-style condominiums with a clean, industrial look on the interiors, and a mixture of brick and glass curtainwall on the facade. This 68-Unit condominium building features unique layouts and full height storefront windows designed to blur the lines separating interior and exterior spaces. The loft-style units use the raw building elements and incorporates them as signature design features; steel, concrete, exposed ductwork, and expansive glass mix to form modern urban living. To balance the strength of this design, the units boast hardwood flooring, wood cabinetry, and designer lighting, granite counter tops, marble baths, stainless steel appliances, and chrome fixtures. This award winning project has been featured in numerous publications for its innovative design and contribution to DC Architecture.
Adams Row sold out in 2006.
